SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Spain
- Express shipping with Correos Express: delivery within 1–2 working days.
- Free shipping on orders over €50
- €5 on orders under €50
- Canary Islands: €19
Portugal
- Express shipping with Correos Express: delivery within 1–2 working days.
- Flat rate: €10 for all orders
Europe
- Express shipping with Correos Express: delivery within 4–7 working days.
- Flat rate: €25 for all orders
Rest of the World
- Express shipping with Zeleris: delivery within 10–15 working days.
- Flat rate: €50 for all orders
Delivery Times
Unless extraordinary circumstances arise, we are committed to meeting the delivery times specified for each region. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you and offer you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays.
*Items in the Outlet and Online Exclusive categories may have slightly longer delivery times due to their special availability.
Courier Service
Orders are delivered via Correos Express or Zeleris for international shipments.
If you are not present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier company will, where possible, leave a notice so you can contact them and arrange a new delivery date and time.
Shipping Information
Your order will be shipped directly from Spain by our logistics partners. CNSL is not responsible for any actions taken by customs authorities during the delivery of your package.
Duties and Taxes
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or charges that may apply to their order. These charges are determined by customs authorities, and Consuela Store has no control over or prior knowledge of these costs.
