On mobile : when processing your purchase to enter your discount code on your mobile,  You must complete the information until you reach the payment tab , where a box appears where you can enter the code and validate it. The discount will be applied to your purchase before you choose the payment method for your product.

On your computer : For purchases made on your computer, you can validate your code in the right column of the tab where you can enter your shipping information.


Shipping costs are free Within the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, if your order includes items over €50. For other territories and countries, different rates apply:

  • Canary Islands: €19
  • Europe: €25
  • Other destinations: €50



The product will be delivered to the customer's home within 24 to 72 hours, except if the order is placed after 5:00 p.m. on Friday (considered a weekend order), which may take until Monday or Tuesday depending on the date and time of the order.


Consuela Store accepts payments via bank cards and PayPal, as well as installment payments via Klarna.


When you make a purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. You can also check your order history in your customer area.


To make returns you have three options:

1. Send the package yourself

2. Let us handle the shipping for €5 for customers who paid for shipping, and €10 for orders shipped for free.

3. Return it to our physical store completely free of charge.

Prepare your order for shipping using its original packaging. Send us an email to info@consuelastore.com indicating that you want to return it and the order number, and we'll help you through all the steps . Remember that the items must be in perfect condition.


You can exchange or return items you do not want through Consuela Store within 14 calendar days of receiving the order . Send us an email indicating the order number and whether you want an exchange or return.


Our store is located in the Centro district, at 3 Augusto Figueroa Street, very close to the Gran Vía metro station. We are open Monday through Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The store is closed on Sundays.



Consuela
